Aniela is experienced in real estate and finance matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and land use. Aniela has represented developers, lenders, landlords and tenants and has experience with transportation transactions.  Aniela has several years of commercial legal experience and has drafted a wide variety of commercial agreements.

Based in Cape Town, South Africa, Aniela is licensed to practice law in the United States.  Prior to joining Clean Law PC, Aniela worked in the real estate and banking groups of an AmLaw 100 law firm, served as in-house Deputy General Counsel to a financial products company and has provided consulting support and business advisory services to several international companies as well as drafted and negotiated bespoke international commercial contracts.  Aniela has an appreciation for client business goals and aims to deliver creative, solution-driven approaches to legal needs.
